mid range class with 30 minutes of standing postures and 30 minutes
of floor work
vigorous flow....a blend
of strength based movements to build stamina, increase heart rate
and challenge

Transformative Yoga Therapy™ is
a unique combination of yoga body openings, intuitive touch,
spontaneous dialogue, intentional breathwork and mindfulness
training
specifically designed for each client's presenting needs or
symptoms. Based on Jennie's life experience, with 21 years of study
in personal development, spiritual psychology, body centered process
therapy, yoga philosophy/practice and meditation, she helps clients
discover the connections between their psychology and their body
issues, make correlations between chronic tension patterns and long
held limiting beliefs or emotional attachments and then employs yoga
